- Who we are
ARM uses state of the art instruments and techniques to evaluate commercial, industrial and residential structures for the presence of contaminants. Our specialists are well-qualified to identify concerns and to implement detailed plans to restore the environmental quality in and around your structure. ARM performs a variety of inspection, testing, and survey services in the following areas of building science:
Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) refers to the overall air quality, which is determined by the levels of specific contaminants in the air. ARM has the capability and experience needed to meet the current requirements of environmental regulators for evaluating the IAQ of commercial, industrial, governmental, and residential properties. We perform pre-planning to determine the best approach for sampling and testing, which is a critical step in IAQ analysis. This phase helps avoid the costs and delays of repeated sampling and minimizes the risks of our clients being held responsible for air contaminants.
Asbestos is one of the most well-known environmental health hazards in the workplace. Our experienced staff receives regular training and maintain licenses in asbestos inspection, testing, surveys, and analysis including friable and non-friable forms of asbestos.
Mold problems account for a major part of modern building air quality concerns. ARM staff members are fully licensed in mold and microbial contaminant testing and evaluation. We also have EPA-certified mold inspectors on staff.
Lead-based paint continues to present a threat to the health of building occupants, especially for older buildings. ARM staff members are trained and licensed in lead paint surveys, risk assessment, and X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) spectroscopy for lead paint.
ARM has successfully performed environmental inspection services at many commercial, industrial, and government facilities since 1991. Call us today to learn more about how we can help you with your environmental needs.
